Nexperia 74AHCT245 Bus Transceivers

Author : Nexperia Published Time : 2019-07-10
Nexperia 74AHCT245 Bus Transceivers are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices that feature an Output Enable (OE) and send/receive (DIR) for direction control. These 8-bit octal bus transceivers are designed to operate over a VCC range from 4.5V to 5.5V. The 74AHCT245 bus transceivers inputs are TTL compatible that allows the device to translate from 3.3V to 5V. The Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant of slower input rise and fall times.
