Qorvo QPA1022D 8.5–11GHz 4W GaN Power Amplifier
Qorvo QPA1022D 4W GaN Power Amplifier is fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.15µm GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). The QPA1022D features >4W of saturated output power and 24dB of large-signal gain while achieving >40% power-added efficiency. Additionally, the device has an 8.5GHz to 11GHz frequency range and is matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors at RF output and DC grounded input port.
